“ This is the first time I've written a review on google and it is entirely to rebut the notion that this place is not kid friendly. I brought my 11 month old son here and the chef could not have been nicer. He brought over a high chair, book, plastic cup... he even gave our son frozen ice treats. After dinner when we were cleaning up some of the crumbs and things he dropped, the chef came over and told us, "It's my job to clean up... that's why you go out to eat!" By far the nicest people on earth run this place. The food was great... highly recommend the fish and chips as well as the mussels. The lobster roll was a little mayo heavy for my tastes, but everyone has different tastes. Roast beef dinner was very good... like something you'd get in an English pub. If I was staying another day in PEI I'd go back. ”
“ Excellent experience here! Very family friendly and owner was very considerate of our little baby (bringing us a high chair, plastic spoon and plastic cup with water). Food was served promptly and it was delicious. The best fries I've had in my life - hands down!! I asked about the fries and the owner said they have a local farmer who has been supplying the potatoes for years. I ate my entire portion and then a second serving of fries. They were that good! Great restaurant. Great service. Amazing fries. ”
